It is often said that an organisation's most important assets are its people.

The UK has well-documented and growing workforce challenges, from long-term sickness and new immigration rules, to attracting the right skills for an economy increasingly shaped by new technologies.

To address the topic of employee engagement, the French Chamber of Commerce has convened Jonny Gifford, Senior Advisor for Organisational Behaviour, Interim Head of Research, CIPD, Mark Goodyer, UK&I HR Director, Sodexo and Jacqui Brown, HR Manager, Goodwille to share insights, focusing on successful case studies and demonstrable solutions.
