Mark Goodyer is the UK&I HR Director for Sodexo.

After Studying Business & Law at the University of Humberside he spent just under 15 years in financial services, working within a number of areas across supply chain, Marketing and HR. Then moved into hospitality in 2012 and worked within Reward and HR Services for over 10 years and recently was promoted to his current role as HR Director for UK&I.

Commercially, data and digitally driven HRD who endeavours to establish HR as a strategic partner to the UK&I and broader global business.  Since joining Sodexo, I have led on the deployment of Digital solutions including Sodexo Discounts, Yulife (Health & Wellbeing platform), launch of BRS recognition platform (which has led to savings of >£4.5M to our employees, families and friends), and led the UK&I Furlough process and HMRC NMW wage review through to the recent closure.  Most recently Sodexo has launched UK Salary Finance, which in next 12 months will have opportunity to be deployed across Sodexo Noram and India, and will impact retention and absence across those regions, as well as being a revenue generation opportunity with clients in those regions.

Extensive experience managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, with project and team management gained across multiple countries and cultures - implementing large scale HR & Reward change projects with Financial Services organisations prior to Sodexo.
