On 9th May, 2024, the French Chamber of Great Britain, in partnership with l'Ecole du Fromage from Savencia, hosted an immersive cheese tasting masterclass, 'Tour de France des Fromages', at Sodexo.
The masterclass offered attendees a unique opportunity to delve into the heart of French culinary traditions, exploring the rich diversity of gourmet foods that France is celebrated for. The event featured two speakers: Noémie Richard Stein, Maître Fromager, and Philippe Dumain, Sensory Expert.
Following the masterclass, guests had the chance to network over cheeses and beverages, fostering new connections and discussions.
