Patron: President's Circle Dinner with Steve Ingham CBE
On 30th May, we had the privilege of hosting Steve Ingham CBE, a business leader who has played significant roles in the organic growth of businesses
Steve Ingham CBE is a business leader who has played a significant role organically growing a business from 200 to 9500 people, including a range of international expansion. He was CEO for 17 years, which is quite a feat when the average in the FTSE 200 is 3 ½ years!During his last 4 years as CEO, he was the only CEO that declared a disability, visible or invisible and he retired at the top, after a record year in 2022. He is a passionate advocate for the inclusion of disabled people and has chosen to exclusively accept unpaid work to support those with a disability.
This event was an opportunity for our members to gain inspiration and practical advice from a leader who has not only achieved remarkable business success but has also made a profound impact in advocating for disability inclusion.
