Outside the Frame with Chef Raymond Blanc OBE

On 5 June 2024, the French Institute in the United Kingdom and the French Chamber of Commerce hosted an inspiring edition of Outside the Frame.

In recognition of the 40th anniversary of Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons, we were thrilled to feature Chef Raymond Blanc OBE, a two Michelin-starred chef and President of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, along with the well-known Sheila Dillon from BBC Radio 4’s The Food Programme.

Together, Chef Raymond Blanc and Sheila Dillon discussed the challenges and opportunities in shaping a food future that is environmentally conscious, economically viable, and nutritious. Both speakers shared their insights and experiences, providing the audience with a thought-provoking perspective on the obstacles and possibilities that lie ahead in creating a sustainable food future.
