HR Club: Leveraging the latest trends in leadership and management to attract and retain the new generations in the workplace
On June 4th, 2024, EDHEC Business School, in collaboration with the French Chamber of Great Britain, hosted an engaging HR Club session at its London campus.
The event focused on exploring the latest leadership trends to attract and retain new generations in the workplace. We had the pleasure of welcoming Julia Milner, Professor at EDHEC Business School, and Georgia Sheehan, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Moody's Corporation. The session was chaired by Pia Dekkers.
The HR Club provided attendees with actionable strategies to enhance their leadership practices and better engage the new generation in their workplaces. The valuable insights and lively discussions highlighted the importance of continuous learning and adaptation in leadership to meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
