Neil is a Special Adviser at PwC and Chair of the Beyond Brexit Forum of the French Chamber TO Neil is non-executive Chair of Echo Research, former Senior Adviser at PwC and is Chair of the Beyond Brexit Forum. He was a special adviser to Nick Clegg, Deputy Prime Minister in the Coalition Government and thirty four years ago was the President of the Oxford Union beating Boris Johnson. Neil has served as a member of the Armed Forces Pay Review Body, the Alan Milburn Commission which looked at access to the professions and was Chairman of Working Families. Neil was awarded a CBE in 2015 for public & political service.
