The French Institute in the United Kingdom and the French Chamber of Commerce are delighted to invite you to their next edition of OUTSIDE THE FRAME, a series of talks where arts & culture meet business.
In celebration of the 40th anniversary of Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons restaurant, we are pleased to announce the special participation of Raymond Blanc OBE, a renowned two Michelin-starred chef and President of the Sustainable Restaurant Association.
Joining him in conversation will be food journalist and presenter of BBC Radio 4's The Food Programme, Sheila Dillon. Together, they will explore the prospects and hurdles in shaping a food future that is both environmentally conscious, economically viable, and nutritious.
