This event in partnership with La French Tech London and the French Embassy will explore tools and initiatives to foster female talent
We often hear about improving women’s access to careers where they are typically underrepresented, such as tech. However, less is said about ensuring they can continue to progress to leadership and senior leadership positions. Getting one’s foot in the door is key, but once you’re in – how do you go up?
Our panel will discuss some of the initiatives that have proven to foster opportunities for women, from high-value networking to building specific skills and benefitting from leadership programmes.
