Zahra Kassim-Lakha is currently a Board Director of Watchfinder & Co, the leading preowned watch destination, headquartered in the UK. She overseas international business and partnerships. Her remit is also part of a wider transformation strategy in the fast-growing luxury circular economy by the parent company, Compagnie Financiere Richemont, which owns beautiful luxury maisons such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Jaeger-LeCoultre and Chloé. Zahra started her career at JPMorgan in Mergers & Acquisitions in New York and London. At Richemont, she has held senior positions across Maisons such as Cartier and Jaeger-LeCoultre as well as corporate roles, driving rapid intrapreneurial growth, running retail, wholesale and ecommerce channels, and global P&L and team management. She was an International Women’s Fellow as well as a Finalist in the Asian Women of Achievement Award and actively mentors young talent in the luxury industry. She was born in Kenya, raised in Canada and France, and attended Brown University (BA) and Harvard Business School (MBA). She is an avid tennis player, interior design amateur, and lives in London with her husband and young teenaged daughter.
