Xavier Le Borgne is the Lacoste CEO of UK & Ireland markets since January 2023. Previously, he spent 8 years at Lacoste HQ in Paris as a Global VP, leading different projects to integrate and to develop the international growth of Footwear, Leather Goods and Underwear categories. Prior to this experience, he worked at Richemont Group, developing the international business of the leather goods brand Lancel in Europe and APAC. Xavier started his career in the US where he graduated with a MBA from Cleveland State University and spent 6 years in NYC working in the fashion industry.
