Having studied an MBA at the University of South Wales and being adopted into the old family business in Residential Flooring I was intrigued by the opportunity for change and have since moved on to working for Tarkett where I am proud to Head up our Sustainability and Technical teams.

I have worked for Tarkett for 4 years and with 17 years in the flooring industry that contained a mix of Technical and Customer focus I have embraced the challenge of the journey to Net Zero and becoming more Sustainable with our customers and clients.

My love for sport comes with a love of working within a Team and using the Welsh Football philosophy ‘Together Stronger’ feel all change whether it be business or personal can be helped by working with others.
