Rose is the Head of HR for UK & Ireland at General Mills, an FMCG business with over 150 years of history and iconic, everyday household brands.

Rose has enjoyed a diverse career with General Mills having joined GM 5.5 years ago in their NZ business, transitioned to the Australia business in 2019 and joined GM UK in 2021, having now worked for GM in three countries and with a range of global and local portfolios.

Rose is particularly passionate about innovation, the employee experience as an indicator of commercial outcomes and what's coming around the corner for the future of HR.

When Rose is not buried in a book or podcast, she loves to travel with her partner and is enjoying the accessibility of fantastic European destinations.
