Philippe Dumain is an experienced professional in the field of food science and immunology. He holds a degree in Food Science Engineering from ISTAAB at Bordeaux 1, followed by a PhD in Fundamental Immunology from the University of Paris 7, as well as a PhD in Flow Cytometry and a post-doctoral degree in Physical Chemistry from Penn State University.
Throughout his career, Philippe has held various leadership positions in renowned companies. He worked as Director of Production and International Relations at Société Chemunex in France for 4 years. Since 1991, he has been with the Savencia Group (formerly Bongrain SA), where he has held several directorial roles, including Director of Quality, R&D, and Industrial Development for the Sweet Products Division (Chocolate and Beverages) for 10 years, Director of Product Evaluation for 11 years, and Director of Quality at Savencia in charge of International Operations, overseeing operations in Spain, Asia, South America, North America, and the Middle East and North Africa.
