Lydik Grynfeltt is the founder of HR Bridge Consulting and co-founder of PAC Conseil, two small consultancy firms specialised in cross-border management consulting and human resources with a specific focus on the French and UK markets. Lydik is originally from the South of France. He is both French and British and has been a Londoner for almost 20 years now.

Lydik's background is in international employment law. He combines this legal expertise with most of his career as a senior HR professional in various international groups in oil and gas, financial services, retail and tourism.

Three years ago, he decided to become a full-time entrepreneur and to develop new services to the French and British markets. PAC Conseil is aiming to become the new player in management consulting across the Channel with a wide offer in business transformation, change management, project management and human resources.
