Kate is a leader in the CBRE Consulting Team in the UK. A passionate team of Architects, Psychologists, Portfolio Strategy, Occupancy Management, Supply Chain Optimisation, Retail Analytics, Workplace Strategy, HR and Human Capital professionals. Her team’s work can be a single project or a global programme, developing a new strategy or evolving an existing one, creating a transformative experience or deriving greater intelligence from data. More than 70% of her consultancy colleagues are embedded full time into the CRE teams of large occupier clients, helping to co-create and deploy their portfolio and workplace strategy.

She works with Investor and Occupier clients across all sectors, creating inclusive places that help people be happy, healthy and productive. Enabling clients to get the most from their workplace by making sure they have the right space, engagement and data insights. A futurist and regular industry speaker on inclusive design and the future of work, Kate is a member of CBRE’s Strategy Group, Co-Chair of CBRE’s Women’s Network and Co-chair of UK 50/50 Women on Boards.
