Fabrice Bernhard co-founded Theodo in 2009, a software consultancy which helps clients - from start-ups to large organisations - build successful digital products. After discovering the power of agile, Theodo has been on a journey to become a complete learning organisation and scale in an agile way. This has enabled Theodo to scale profitably from 1M to 50M revenue in 9 years, with now 400+ people in 4 countries: Paris, London, New York and Casablanca. Fabrice studied at Ecole Polytechnique and ETH Zürich.
