Emily started her career with BDBF as a newly qualified lawyer in 2012 and is now a Senior Associate.
During that time, Emily has gained a wide range of litigation experience acting for employers in the Employment Tribunal, in discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing cases in the legal and financial services, private equity and media sectors.
Emily also regularly advises employers (mainly SMEs, start-ups and HR professionals) on dismissals, redundancies, resolving work related disputes including settlement agreements and employment contracts.
In 2021, Emily was recognised by Chambers and Partners as an “Associate to Watch.”
Emily is a fluent French speaker and advises francophones (individuals and corporates) on UK employment law issues.
