Today, I am working for Decathlon UK, based in London. Since I arrived in the UK, my job title has regularly changed : from a vision enabler to a project manager, from a HQ site advisor to a social impacts leader, I have the chance to work with an intrapreneurship mindset, in order to translate the mission of “making sustainably the pleasure and the benefits of sport accessible to the many” into a reality in my area of influence.
My life in Decathlon started when I was 19 years old, studying law at University in France and needed to pay the bills at the same time. Applying to join the Decathlon company was a kind of evidence for me as I was very sporty at that time. And it seems that this student job in a Decathlon store totally changed my life forever. Indeed, I did several operational jobs in Decathlon, from Sales Assistant to Department Manager in different stores, from Textile Product Engineer in factories to Textile Innovation Manager in our Fitness Brand, from Project Manager to Fitness Commercial Director in Central and Eastern Europe, from Ecommerce Manager in South-Africa to Vision Leader in the UK.
I had the chance to live in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Lille, Bucharest, Johannesburg and now London.
Being able to work on operational fields in our 3 areas - Retail (physical and digital), International Brands and Production - helped me a lot to understand the value chain and the whole organization of our company. Thanks to this global overview and my international experience, I joined the Vision Core Team in 2019 full of convictions and engagement towards the new Vision Process of our company. Since then, I am developing, in my CSR Role, the targets of this company vision.

2023 : Decathlon Foundation Project to support 100 kids from Bloomsbury Football in London
2022: Facilitation of my first Climate Fresk with 21 teammates from our Finance team
2022 : World Clean up Day UK - 250 participants, more than 300 bin bags collected
2021 : Launching of the 1st partnership with RedJanuary (UK)
Nov 2020 : Community Award French-British Chamber of Commerce
Sept 2020 : Decathlon Foundation support for a project with Sentinel Ocean Alliance
in Cape Town to help kids from the townships of Hout Bay to surf and learn about ocean
2019 : Education study support of Keneilwe, one of my south-african colleagues.
2018 : First World Clean Up Day with our South-African Decathletes
2017: Vice-President of Second Chance Romania.
2016 : CSR policy and strategy launching in Decathlon Romania.
Decathlon Foundation project validated to support an Equitherapy project in Timisoara.
