Charles-Emmanuel has been working at Decathlon for the last 10 years. He began in Belgium, playing an integral role in launching the decathlon.be website, before moving to the UK in 2015.
His different roles across digital and marketing (Web-merchandising, Traffic manager, E-commerce leader, Head of Marketing and now Head of Digital) allow him to have a broad knowledge in everything related to Digital. He currently leads the E-commerce teams and supports all the new digital initiatives in order to better suit the ever-changing needs and behaviour of Decathlon customers.
