Caroline became the Senior Partner for the London Markets in January 2014, joining the EY UK leadership team and leading a $0.5bn business within EY covering all types of businesses from FTSE 100 to fast growth. She was also Office Managing partner for London and co-chaired “Future of Work project” exploring how professional services will respond in the post pandemic world. She recently retired as Office Managing Partner for EY in London and is now an Ambassador for EY as well as taking trustee roles in a number of not for profit organisations. She completed a term on the London Council for the CBI and participates in a number of business forums representing London business. She has been a Board Member of the Catalyst Club, a part of Cancer Research Uk. She is currently a trustee and Chair of the Finance committee at Catch22, a not for profit business with a social mission , the heart of a charity with the mindset of a business , and is the recently appointed Chair of the Trustees of Support through Court which is a charity dedicated to providing free assistance to people facing court proceedings with no legal representation.
