Bénédicte joined the London Employment Law team of Browne Jacobson in 2019. Prior to joining Browne Jacobson, Bénédicte gained legal and operational experience in-house dealing with corporate, commercial, immigration and employment matters.

Bénédicte has wide-ranging experience in a number of different sectors including charity, health, education, retail, engineering and tech.

Bénédicte combines her expertise of business immigration with her experience of UK employment law and practical know-how. She works in a very approachable and pragmatic manner with her clients to identify their best options and implement compliant, strategic and cost-effective solutions when they need to employ and continue to employ foreign staff in the United Kingdom.

Bénédicte is a qualified English Solicitor and a postgraduate in French law. She is a native French speaker. She regularly speaks at conferences and publishes articles, in French and in English, on wide range of employment and immigration related topics.
