Amelle Mestari is the Procurement Director at Bouygues Energies & Services in the UK responsible for indirect purchasing, total facilities management, and energy for national large-scale projects. Amelle is also the Carbon Lead for Bouygues Energies & Services. She strongly believes that now more than ever we have a critical role to play in engaging our supply chain partners with sustainable practices and behaviours to maximise our sustainability impact. Amelle sees increased early engagement and collaboration with supply chain as the biggest opportunity in Procurement to deliver more value within the business. She is passionate about people and believes that diversity is a wonderful enabler of business performance. Amelle plays an active part in the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and as Co-Chair of WeLink, the Bouygues internal women’s network, to help shape an environment where everyone can thrive.
