Abigail WestInterim HR & L&D Director at L’OCCITANE (UK&I)

Abigail is the Interim HR & L&D Director at L’OCCITANE (UK&I). She has been with the company for 9 months and will stay until May 2023. Abigail has a HR background from across many industries, including retail, manufacturing, and hospitality. In her role, Abigail is responsible for the HR Operations for 600 L’OCCITANE staff across UK and Ireland, and looks after HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development. Key projects include introducing several family friendly policies, supporting the BCORP accreditation process and overseeing the partnership with the Real Living Wage Foundation as it develops.
