Christophe Chazot is Group Head of Innovation for HSBC, leading teams responsible for Strategic Innovation Investment, investing in disruptive companies, the Innovation Strategy team that identifies and analyses themes that are key to HSBC’s future, and the Innovation Centre that organises the internal initiatives including incubation.
Christophe has over 20 years experience across all the major asset classes in Capital Markets. He joined HSBC in 2005 as Global Head of Equity Derivatives. He was promoted to Co-Head of Global Equities in 2008 and was made a member of the Global Markets Executive Committee in the same year. In 2012, he became Head of Strategy and Planning for Global Banking and Markets.
Prior to joining HSBC, he worked at Dresdner Kleinwort as the Global Head of Equity Derivatives; at Bankers Trust as the Global Head of Foreign Exchange Options; and at Barclays de Zoete Wedd as an interest rates swaps trader.
Christophe’s interest in FinTech dates to 1987, when he founded Softinvest, a technology company specialising in financial services which developed the Topval Option pricing and visualization software which was sold to the French Stock Exchange.
Christophe holds a Master of Science in Technology and Policy from MIT. He is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He is the author of “Les Swaps: concepts et applications”, which is rated 4.7 stars on Amazon.fr

Lucien Boyer is Chief Marketing Officer at Vivendi, the leading integrated media and content group. Before joining Vivendi, Lucien was the President & Global Chief Executive Officer of Havas Sports & Entertainment for nearly 15 years. Lucien Boyer has been an industry pioneer in sponsorship activation, branded content, experiential marketing, fan engagement and social entertainment.Beyond his management role, Lucien is recognized as one of today’s leading experts in sports and entertainment marketing. He was awarded his first Gold at CannesLions in 2006, before serving as a member of the jury of the Branded Content & Entertainment category in 2014. Lucien Boyer initiated the creation of the Global Sports Forum, of which he is the General Commissioner, a global debate platform around the sports industry’s future challenges. Lucien is a frequent speaker at many international conferences including Advertising Week Europe and New-York, Sporsora’s annual congress and the Ivy Sports Symposium amongst others. He has also been featured in many influential media including Bloomberg TV, The Guardian and Le Figaro as well as industry journals such as SportsPro, SportBusiness and SportCal.
