Arnaud de Montille founded Merci Maman Personalised Gifts with his wife in 2007 and he joined the company full time in 2013. He was previously working in Risk Management at Deutsche Bank in the City.
Merci Maman creates personalised jewellery sold online. In 2014, the business more than doubled and it won the French Chamber’s Franco-British Business Award in the SME category. Today, the company has 25 employees spread between its London and Paris ateliers and the business continues to grow at double digit rates. Merci Maman is part of the French Tech London.

Jeanne Monchovet is the founder and principal consultant of Olystix, a Management and Communications Consultancy with a high focus on presentation, networking and communication skills for effective management.
Aims & Objectives
The Start-up & SME Club is unique at the Chamber as it is aimed at ambitious small to mid-sized entrepreneurial member companies looking to grow and willing to learn and to share best practice about topical issues and challenges facing them, with a special dedication to Franco-British trade. The group meets regularly at the Chamber and gathers CEOs and Directors of Media, Technology, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Retail and Consultancy SMEs and start-ups, with key speakers from various professional backgrounds invited to give advice and present case studies.
