The French Chamber of Commerce and its Luxury Club are pleased to announce that our forthcoming Dîner des Chefs will take place at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon on the evening of the 29th April.

Awarded 'Chef of the Century' by the Gault Millau guide, Joël Robuchon operates a dozen restaurants in cities such as Paris, Tokyo, New York and Hong Kong. His restaurants have garnered a total of 25 Michelin stars - more than any other chef in the world.
Opened in 2006, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is situated in Covent Garden (13-15 West Street, London WC2H 9NE) and holds two Michelin stars.

Olivier resizedThe Chef
Award-winning chef Olivier Limousin has been with L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon since its launch in 2006. Born and raised in the Vendée, Olivier began his career as a trainee at Le Grand Turc in L'Oie. To fine-tune his culinary skills, Olivier moved to Paris and worked in several renowned Michelin starred restaurants, including Le Bellecour and Le Taillevent.
While working at L'Amphyclès in Paris, Olivier was mentored by head chef Philippe Groult. He went on to perfect his craft at La Table de Joël Robuchon upon the recommendation of Philippe, who had worked with the great chef in previous years. 

 

We would like to thank Michelin star Chef Olivier Limousin for designing this exceptional six-course menu for our Dîner des Chefs, to be enjoyed with some of the finest Champagnes and whiskies especially selected by Pernod Ricard UK for the occaison.


About the Luxury Club
The French Chamber of Commerce's Luxury Club is chaired by Bertrand Michaud, Managing Director of Hermès GB Ltd. Aimed at top players within the luxury sector, this Club is reserved exclusively for companies operating within luxury markets such as major brands, high-end hotels or Michelin-starred Chefs who face similar challenges in the current economic climate. In addition to providing a networking platform, the Club holds its regular sessions in prestigious London hotels, and has a dedicated mission to offer crucial information and services through the exchange of experiences, know-how and best practice. Sessions are intimate, by invitation only and follow the Chatham House Rule.
