Alexandre Ebtedaei, Partner, Head of Employment Practice, FTPA

Alexandre Ebtedaei is the head of our Employment Team.

He has gained significant expertise in corporate restructurings. He assists clients with contentious and non-contentious matters related to Employment Law (dismissal procedures, collective redundancy plans, relations with employee representatives, trade unions, and labour authorities, recruitment policies, training schemes, international mobility, employee compensation schemes (profit-sharing schemes, stock option plans, etc.), and IT regulations.

Eniga de Montfort, Partner, Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, FTPA

Eniga de Montfort, co-head of FTPA’s London office, specialises in cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures and restructurings. She has a wealth of experience in these disciplines with a particular emphasis on advising Francophone clients on their inward investment strategy in the UK.

As a Franco-British transactional solicitor, Eniga de Montfort frequently works between London and Paris and she has a strong understanding of the legal, linguistic and cultural challenges which arise on cross-border transactions. Eniga de Montfort is an active member of the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain and UK Trade & Investment and regularly speaks on legal issues facing French entrepreneurs, SMEs and large companies doing business in the UK.

Coralie Oger, Partner, Paris Bar, FTPA

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003, Coralie Oger’s practice focuses on Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions, and in particular in international and domestic Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructurings and LBO and Private Equity transactions.

She holds a Specialised Master in International Law and Management (HEC-ESCP Europe) and a postgraduate degree in International Business Law (Jean Moulin University – Lyon III).

Prior to joining FTPA, Coralie Oger was an associate for 7 years at Latham & Watkins (Paris), including one year in the Corporate department of the Orange County office (USA), where she developed a good familiarity with many aspects of Corporate and Securities Laws.
