About La Galette des Rois
The Galette des Rois is a way for French people to celebrate the Epiphany, the arrival of the Three Wise Men (Magi). Every year, on January 6th, people gather to “tirer les rois” (to find the kings). The King’s cake is made of puff pastry usually filled with frangipane. Each cake contains a small porcelain charm (fève). Find the fève and become King or Queen for the day!

  About Aubaine

Aubaine’s founder, frustrated at not finding great bread in London, decided to bake his own and transform each Aubaine into a real baker’s oven. Londoners have embraced this new French revolution and are now used to grabbing a traditional baguette and ‘’quelques patisseries’’ at the Aubaine Boulangerie every day.

Since 2004, the growing success of the concept has lead to the opening of six new restaurants in neighbourhoods as sophisticated as its customers (Mayfair, High Street Kensington, South Kensington, Hampstead, Wimbledon, Marylebone, Selfridges and Regent Street). As Aubaine enters its tenth year it continues to reflect its customer’s taste following a simple belief that ‘’Simplicité c’est beauté’’, simplicity is beauty.

Experience and enjoy a mix of cosmopolitan style and great French cuisine with the ambience of a Provencal bistro. Each Restaurant has a team of Chefs who prepare fresh and delicate food including classic Aubaine dishes as well as daily seasonal specials. Guests can also enjoy a large choice of breads, viennoiseries and beautiful cakes that are baked fresh each day and are perfect when shared with friends and family.
