Aubaine’s founder, frustrated at not finding great bread in London, decided to bake his own and transform each Aubaine into a real baker’s oven. Londoners have embraced this new French revolution and are now used to grabbing a traditional baguette and ‘’quelques patisseries’’ at the Aubaine Boulangerie every day.
Since 2004, the growing success of the concept has lead to the opening of six new restaurants in neighbourhoods as sophisticated as its customers (Mayfair, High Street Kensington, South Kensington, Hampstead, Wimbledon, Marylebone, Selfridges and Regent Street). As Aubaine enters its tenth year it continues to reflect its customer’s taste following a simple belief that ‘’Simplicité c’est beauté’’, simplicity is beauty.
