Biography of Caroline Pegden
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, TempaGoGo Ltd

With over 10 years of experience in operations, strategy and programme management, with both public and private sectors in France and the UK, Caroline has gained a reputation for driving change and ‘getting things done’.

In 2017, she co-founded TempaGoGo Ltd to develop a cloud-based, mobile-friendly portal to revolutionise temporary employee recruitment.

Prior to this, she spent 3 years in the UK Civil Service, heading The National Archives’ Programme Management Office where she led the Digital Transfer Programme shifting the Archives’ focus from paper to digital. She successfully trialled innovative approaches such as machine-learning, for which she received two innovation awards from the Government Information Group and the Information and Records Management Society.

Prior to this, she split her time between London and Paris leading projects in strategy, supply chain and inventory management at Richemont Fashion and Accessories, owner of Chloé, Lancel and Alfred Dunhill, among other luxury ‘Maisons’.

She started her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Paris and London, where she led projects focusing on Consumer Goods & Retail, as well as operational transformations.

Caroline holds a MsC in Management from HEC Paris and is fluent in English.

In her free time, Caroline loves looking after her allotment garden, testing new recipes or visiting art exhibitions with her family.
