Biography of Megan Higgins
Leader, PwC Customer & Retail Analytics



Megan leads the Customer and Retail Analytics team at PwC. She joined from Burberry where she was Global Director of Business Intelligence and held responsibility for all data and analytics across the global businesses. Prior to her time at Burberry, she had worked in retail for c.20 years covering the end to end data and insight ecosystem in both online and bricks and mortar retailing. She has worked industry side across a myriad of multi-channel, global FMCG, Fashion, Electronics and Entertainment retailers including ASOS, and Best Buy. Megan is obsessed with customer centricity and the optimisation of product and marketing through making data driven, customer minded decisions. Her team focuses on creating the single view of the customer and develop rich segmentation using innovative machine learning techniques in big data technologies. They leverage vast external data sets to understand customers preferences and buying behaviours to drive better brand engagement, effective marketing and customer loyalty.
