Neil Boss



Key Experience

Neil is a Partner in Deloitte’sMerger Integration Team based in London, UK. He is a merger integration specialist and has led or supported over 70 programmes across all industry sectors and with specific  focus on the commodities and consumer products sector.

Neil’s integration experience started with the merger of BP and Amoco in 1998 and he has subsequently supported some of the most significant transactions in the past 17 years

-Morrison Safeway (Food Retail, 2005)
-Alliance Unichem Boots (Pharmacy Retail, 2007)
-Lloyds TSB HBOS (Banking, 2009)
-Kraft Cadbury (Consumer Products, 2010)
-Glencore Xstrata (Commodities, 2013)

Advisor to Boards and Steering Groups on complex integrations, including integration strategy, Target Operating Model development, stakeholder management, organisation design and benefits identification and delivery.

Prior to a career in professional services, Neil held a number of corporate strategy roles for a large telecommunications plc.
